About ImageWish

ImageWish is an AI image-generation service operated by an individual/sole trader conducting business under United States law, using the name ImageWish Team and available at imagewish.com. These Terms govern your access to and use of the service. It lets you submit text prompts and, where supported, reference images to generate images. Available models, credit costs and purchase options are shown in the product and may change.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use ImageWish. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We do not currently verify age through a date-of-birth or identity check.

You are responsible for the information you provide, your account credentials and activity under your account. Do not use another person's account without permission.

Your content and AI output

Only submit prompts and images that you have the right to use. You allow ImageWish and its service providers to process submitted content to deliver the requested generation and related service functions. Your content may be sent to third-party AI providers for generation. Do not submit sensitive information that you do not want processed for this purpose.

AI output may be inaccurate, similar to other output or subject to third-party rights. Review it before use. ImageWish does not guarantee that output is unique or suitable for any particular use. Your rights in inputs and output depend on applicable law and any third-party rights; these Terms do not transfer rights you do not have.

Acceptable Use Policy

Do not use ImageWish to generate, upload or distribute any of the following:

• Pornography or NSFW sexual content.
• Graphic violence, gore or content encouraging self-harm.
• Hate speech or abuse targeting protected groups.
• Child-unsafe content, including sexual exploitation or abuse involving minors.
• Deceptive deepfakes, unauthorized impersonation or fabricated endorsements involving real people.
• Content infringing copyright, trademarks or other rights you do not hold.

Do not interfere with the service, evade account restrictions or use another person's account without permission. These rules apply to every selectable model and to reference images as well as prompts and output.

Report suspected violations to support@imagewish.com. Provide a task or inspiration reference and a short explanation; do not send illegal material, passwords or payment credentials. Reports can be investigated manually using the supplied information and available service records. Existing administrative controls allow account access to be restricted and individual public inspiration items to be taken offline; taking an item offline does not permanently erase its stored files. There is no automatic credit-forfeiture penalty under this policy.

Content Moderation

ImageWish uses content moderation to review user-submitted prompts before image generation and generated images before they are displayed to users. Content that may violate our policies may be blocked or flagged for manual review, including content that falls under the prohibited categories outlined in this policy.

If you encounter potentially violating content or wish to submit an appeal, please contact support@imagewish.com with the relevant task or Inspiration item ID and a brief explanation. We will conduct a manual review based on our current usage policies and service records and may, where appropriate, restrict account access or remove publicly available Inspiration content.

Credits and payments

Generation uses the credits displayed for the selected model and settings. New accounts receive a one-time gift of 10 credits at registration; email verification is required before use. Credits do not expire. When purchases are enabled, ImageWish offers one-time credit packages through Waffo Pancake. Buying credits does not start a subscription, renew automatically or authorize automatic top-ups. USD prices, credit quantities and applicable checkout terms are shown before payment; see Pricing. Purchases are currently unavailable. A failed generation follows the product's credit-return flow; a successful credit return is not a refund to a payment card.

You may request a full refund for an order within seven days of completing the purchase if all credits granted for that order remain unused. Other payment refund requests are assessed under applicable law, the terms presented for the transaction and the payment provider's process. A completed full purchase refund withdraws that order's credits, including credits already spent, and may leave a negative balance. Submitting a request does not mean it is completed; order and usage records still need to be checked. For the request channel and process, see the Refund Policy; nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Removing content and closing an account

Removing a creation from history hides its record in the product; it does not permanently erase the underlying record or generated image file. Deleting an account removes the account and associated database records, but currently does not delete previously stored uploaded or generated image files. See the Privacy Policy for more detail. Do not treat either action as a complete erasure request.

Service changes

We may change or suspend features when needed to operate the service. We will update these Terms on this page when the terms change. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
