What ImageWish processes when you use the service
Who operates the service
ImageWish is operated by an individual/sole trader conducting business under United States law, using the name ImageWish Team. This page describes the product's current data handling and does not set a fixed retention period that has not been established.
Information processed
- Account data: name, email address, password hash, verification and session records, and any enabled sign-in-provider details.
- Creation data: prompts, uploaded reference images, generated images, generation settings, history and favorites.
- Service and purchase data: credit balances and transactions, order and payment identifiers when paid checkout is enabled. Payment details are entered with the hosted payment provider, not in an ImageWish card form.
- Support correspondence: when you email us, we process your sender address, message and any attachments to review and respond to your request.
- Technical data needed to operate and protect the service, such as request and error information. Browser storage and cookies are described in the Cookie Policy.
Why and where data is processed
We process this information to authenticate accounts, generate and deliver images, manage credits and purchases, store creations, prevent misuse and troubleshoot the service. ImageWish uses Cloudflare infrastructure for the application and storage, KIE and its upstream AI services to process generation requests, Cloudflare Email for enabled transactional messages, and Waffo for checkout when payments are enabled. These services may process the information needed for their role.
Incoming messages to support@imagewish.com pass through Cloudflare Email Routing and are forwarded to a Gmail inbox used by ImageWish Team.
We do not configure advertising or behavioral-targeting cookies in the current product. We do not claim that a visit is free of all infrastructure logging or third-party processing.
Visibility and deletion
Your generation history and private stored images are available to your account and authorized administrators; they are not automatically published in the public inspiration gallery. That gallery contains attributed third-party prompt examples. If you share an image or a temporary provider link yourself, others may access what you share. Removing a creation from your history only hides it from the product view; its record and stored images are not permanently erased by that action.
Deleting your account removes the account and associated database records. It does not currently remove uploaded or generated image files already stored in object storage. Other service providers may retain data under their own processes. We have not established a universal deletion or retention period for all stored data and do not claim that account deletion removes every copy.
Your choices
You can manage your account and browser storage through the product and your browser. For privacy requests, email support@imagewish.com. The contact form remains disabled; email is the available request channel.
Changes
We will update this page when the product's data handling materially changes. Applicable privacy rights depend on where you and the service are located; this page does not replace rights provided by law.
